How do I sign up to become a reseller?

Do I need to create a CookieHub account before I sign up to become a reseller?

Yes, you must create a CookieHub account before signing up. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can do so by clicking this link: Sign Up.

How long does it take to activate my reseller account after I sign up?

All submissions will be reviewed within 48 hours. You will receive an email once your submission has been reviewed, outlining the next steps. If you would like to expedite the review process, you can send a request to sales@cookiehub.com.

Must I have a paid subscription for my own website to be a reseller?

No, you do not need a paid subscription for your own website to become an approved reseller. However, having CookieHub on your website might influence your clients to use the CookieHub solution.

Can I have free-plan domains on my reseller account?

Yes, your reseller account can include domains on the Free plan alongside your paid clients.

What billing models are available for reseller sub-accounts?

Approved resellers can create sub-accounts and choose one billing model per sub-account:

• Reseller-paid model: You pay CookieHub directly and receive discounted pricing on the sub-account. No affiliate commission applies under this model.
• Client-paid model: The client pays CookieHub directly, and you are treated as an affiliate for that sub-account, earning the standard affiliate commission on qualifying paid subscriptions.

Under the client-paid model, commissions accrue only while you remain an approved reseller in good standing and cease immediately upon termination or withdrawal from the Reseller Program.

I already have an account with multiple domains. Will those domains be transferred over to my reseller account?

Once your reseller submission is approved, paid domains already assigned to your account will be treated as reseller domains and the applicable reseller discount will be applied. Reseller pricing does not apply to Enterprise subscriptions unless expressly agreed in writing, and reseller pricing cannot be combined with non-profit discounts. Volume discounts apply on top of reseller pricing where applicable.

Where can I edit my company’s information that appears on your resellers page?

Log in to the CookieHub Dashboard and navigate to the Reseller section. There, you can edit all your information on the CookieHub reseller listing page. After making changes, click “Save.” Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for changes to be accepted. If you wish to expedite the process, you can send a request to sales@cookiehub.com.

If a customer decides to leave me, can I stop being a reseller for their domain and transfer it to their account?

It’s not possible to transfer a domain directly through your CookieHub account. To transfer a domain between accounts, please send an email to sales@cookiehub.com.

Affiliate program

How do I sign up to become an affiliate?

All CookieHub users can become affiliates with a single click in the CookieHub dashboard. Your affiliate links and discount code will be activated instantly. Follow these steps to join the affiliate program:

1. Log in to the CookieHub dashboard.
2. Click the “Affiliate” link in the top menu.
3. Click the “Join affiliate program” button.

Your account will become an affiliate instantly.

How does the affiliate program work?

As an affiliate, you will receive a unique URL and coupon code that you can share on a web page or directly with your contacts. For every customer referred, you will receive a 30% recurring monthly commission on qualifying paid subscriptions for a maximum of 24 months from the date the referred customer first becomes a paying subscriber. Customers you refer will receive a 10% discount on subscriptions when they use your unique discount code.

Affiliate commissions do not apply to:

• non-profit subscriptions,
• Enterprise subscriptions, or
• custom or individually negotiated plans.

Affiliate commissions are calculated independently of customer pricing and may apply to volume-priced subscriptions, but they do not apply to subscriptions on a non-profit discount.

Here’s how it works:

1. We charge the client, and you receive a 30% monthly commission on each qualifying paid subscription.
2. The client controls the domain settings on their CookieHub account.
3. Commissions are paid out via wire transfer or PayPal once the affiliate balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of €200.

Affiliate balance payout

To receive affiliate payouts, please ensure that you have added your payment details in the Affiliate Payout section of your account. Payouts are processed automatically on a monthly basis once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of 200 EUR. You can choose between SWIFT/IBAN for direct bank transfers or PayPal for digital transactions.

Valid contact information and payout credentials are required. Any unpaid affiliate balance that remains unclaimed for 12 months after reaching the minimum payout threshold due to missing or invalid payout information may be forfeited after notice from CookieHub.

Tracking and attribution

CookieHub’s tracking systems are authoritative for referral attribution. CookieHub is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals, and refunds, chargebacks, abuse, or program violations may result in commission reversal.
